Kristina Kremer serves as the Chief of Staff at Tilly Therapy since January 2024, following a tenure as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from August 2021 to January 2024 and as Strategy Manager at Accenture from August 2018 to August 2021. Kristina's expertise includes talent and organization, customer experience, healthcare, and retail. Notably, Kristina contributed to innovation and entrepreneurship education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management as a Senior Strategy Consultant and Teaching Assistant from August 2017 to August 2018. With a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Kristina also held significant roles at ExxonMobil, focusing on business model redesign and project execution, and briefly worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev and as a Campus Ambassador.
