Sara Knott has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Sara is currently working as a Talent Manager at Tillo, a digital gift card platform. In this role, they are responsible for growing the Tillo team across the UK and US and is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process.

Prior to Tillo, Sara worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Peopleforce Technical Recruitment from June 2019 to July 2022. Sara provided recruitment and workforce solutions to clients and candidates in various technical markets on a global basis.

Before that, Sara was a Marketing Executive and Client Account Manager at Logical Resources Sales & Technical Recruitment from April 2018 to January 2019. Sara helped create a talent pool and connect candidates with suitable companies, while also generating content for the website and implementing marketing techniques.

Sara began their career at Starbucks as a Barista from September 2015 to August 2018. During their time there, they developed teamwork skills, learned latte art, provided excellent customer service, and utilized social media, promotions, and visual merchandising to boost sales.

Overall, Sara has gained experience in talent management, recruitment, marketing, and customer service throughout their career.

Sara Knott attended Solent University from 2013 until 2016. Sara obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising during their time at the university.
