Sr. Manager Continuous Improvement at TILLAMOOK COUNTY CREAMERY ASSOCIATION

Russell Ellsworth has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Russell currently works at the Tillamook County Creamery Association as a Sr. Manager Continuous Improvement. Prior to this, they held the position of Manufacturing Operations Finance Manager at the same company. As a Food Manufacturing Manager (Plant Manager), Russell was responsible for overseeing the operations of a cheese plant and warehouse, successfully reducing waste and improving yields. Russell also implemented a strategy to improve employee morale and accountability.

In addition to their work at Tillamook, Russell has also worked as the Managing Owner of Not Afraid to Fail, a Fund Manager at Ellsworth Real Estate Fund, LLC, and as a Manufacturing Manager at Basic American Foods. Russell gained valuable experience in Continuous Improvement as the Continuous Improvement Manager at ConAgra Foods, where they also served as a Packaging Project Engineer & Maintenance Team Leader and a Production Team Leader.

Russell's earlier experiences include a role in Continuous Improvement at Valmont Industries and owning and managing Ellsworth Enterprises, LLC. Russell also worked in various capacities in a family business that involved commercial farming and agricultural equipment manufacturing.

Furthermore, Russell contributed to their community as a Missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2000 to 2002.

Russell Ellsworth's education history spans several institutions and fields of study. Russell obtained a Master's Degree in Finance from Harvard University from 2017 to 2020. In addition, during the same period at Harvard University, they also completed a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate Investment. Prior to their time at Harvard, they attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 2004 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction & Business Management.

Russell Ellsworth has also pursued various certifications in addition to their formal education. In 2006, they obtained a 30 Hour OSHA Certification in Construction from OSHA. Furthermore, they hold a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the Institute of Industrial Engineers and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from ASQ, although the specific dates of acquisition are not provided.

In terms of online courses, Russell Ellsworth completed the Disruptive Strategy program at the Harvard Business School Online in 2015. Russell also took part in several programs at the Harvard Business School Online in 2017, including Entrepreneurship Essentials, Negotiation Mastery, and Leading with Finance. Additionally, in 2015, they completed the CORE: Credential of Readiness program at the Harvard Business School Online.
