Jennifer Cobos has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Their most recent position was as a Senior Regulatory Compliance Analyst at Tillamook County Creamery Association, where they were responsible for ensuring compliance with FDA labeling laws and regulations. Prior to that, they worked as a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator, where they provided technical assistance in developing and approving product labels. Jennifer also has experience as a Consumer Relations Representative, managing consumer inquiries and website updates, and as an Administrative Assistant. In addition to their roles at Tillamook, Jennifer has also worked as an Administrative Assistant at Summit Brokerage and as a Project Assistant at Snell & Wilmer.

Jennifer Cobos has a diverse education history. Jennifer obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended Phoenix College from 1999 to 2001 and received an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Legal Studies, General. Jennifer also earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree in Legal Studies from Phoenix College during the same time period.
