Amy Spence is an experienced professional in the field of food science and technology, currently serving as the Corporate Lab Manager at Tillamook County Creamery Association since 2013, where responsibilities include project and lab management. Prior to this role, Amy worked as the Laboratory Manager at Pacific Ag Research from November 2011 to May 2013, focusing on project management, technical writing, customer service, and client relations. Amy holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Food Science and Technology from Oregon State University, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Dairy Products Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Biology/Microbiology, both from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
