Prashant Rana has a diverse work experience starting from their most recent role as an Application Support Engineer at Till Payments, where they are currently employed. Prior to this, they worked as an IT desktop support engineer at nbnâ„¢ Australia from July 2019 to October 2021. In 2019, they were an intern at Builders Academy Australia for a brief period. Prashant also gained experience as a Customer Service Representative at Skyline Building Group from July 2016 to June 2017. Prashant's professional journey began with internships at JBM Group in 2014, where they completed a project on welding fixtures, and at HLS Asia Limited in 2013.

Prashant Rana completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The NorthCap University from 2011 to 2015. Afterward, from 2015 to 2017, they pursued a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Services from La Trobe University. In 2018, Prashant attended Performance Education for a Professional Year program in Information Technology. Additionally, in December 2018, they obtained a certification in Amazon Web Services Data Analysis from AWS NZ.
