Nicole M. Diaz is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in product management and development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Product at Tilia, Diaz leads the creation of an API-first payments platform aimed at enhancing digital creator economies while fostering strategic partnerships. Previously, as Chief Product Officer at ActivePDF, Inc., Diaz established a product management office, drove product strategy, and refined operational processes to accelerate time-to-market. Additional expertise includes consulting for startups, where Diaz provided comprehensive product and marketing support, as well as technical product management at Hewlett Packard. Diaz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from the University of Redlands.
