Danny Wilson is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and finance. Currently serving as Group Legal Director and Company Secretary at Tilia Homes since May 2021, Danny has also held significant roles such as Executive Director, Corporate - UK at BC Invest and Senior Legal Counsel at DRS, with a secondment to HSBC. Previous positions include Head of Corporate Finance and Head of Legal - Tax & Treasury at Places for People, and roles at C2 Capital Ltd, SEGRO plc, Ashurst LLP, Field Fisher Waterhouse, and Lovells. Danny holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment and Development from the University of Greenwich and multiple degrees in Classics from the University of Bristol.
