Angela Brown is an experienced executive in business transformation with a strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience. Currently serving as Chief of Business Transformation at Catapult since April 2018, Angela leads strategic initiatives that enhance member experience and operational efficiency through innovative business processes and technology implementation. Previously, at State Farm from 2005 to 2018, Angela held various roles including Process Manager, where leadership in process improvement initiatives significantly enhanced customer experiences, and Leadership Development Associate, leading a team that achieved notable quality improvements. Angela holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from North Carolina State University.
