Paul Gandy is the Chief Executive Officer at Tilbury Douglas. Prior to this role, Paul held various director positions at companies such as Kier Major Projects, Kier Group, Balfour Beatty Construction Services UK, Lend Lease, Carillion, Multiplex, and Kvaerner Construction. Paul has a BSc (Hons) in Building from the University of Westminster and an MBA in Property and Construction Business Management from Management Centre Buckingham.
