Dileep Kushwaha has extensive experience in the alcohol manufacturing industry, currently serving as Distillery Manager at Indian Potash Limited since August 2022, overseeing the production of Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA), Rectified Spirit (RS), and Ethanol. Prior to this role, Dileep held the position of Senior Distillery Manager at Tilaknagar Industries Ltd. where the focus was on ENA and RS production from molasses and grain. Dileep also served as Senior Manager of Production at Luna Chemical Industries Private Limited from January 2018 to January 2022 and was a Senior Executive at USL Aurangabad from November 2011 to December 2018. Dileep gained foundational knowledge in alcohol and liquor production at Vasantdada Sugar Institute Pune, earning a degree in DIFAT from 2004 to 2007.
