Wendy Jimenez is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the Head of Global HR for TikTok Global Operations since February 2021, where responsibilities include leading HR strategy across various global functions such as Content Strategy and Business Development. Prior to TikTok, Wendy held the role of Global HR Leader at WarnerMedia from December 2019 to January 2021, contributing to the successful launch and scaling of HBO Max. Wendy's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Director, HR Business Partner at TrueCar, Inc. from July 2017 to December 2019, where collaboration with senior leadership teams was a key focus. Wendy holds a degree from California State University, Long Beach.
