Tom Minnich currently serves as the Global Head of Knowledge Management at TikTok, focusing on content monetization and scaling knowledge and learning initiatives to meet advertiser and customer objectives. Prior to TikTok, Tom held several positions at Dell Technologies over nearly two decades, including Director of Knowledge Management, where responsibilities included streamlining content development and enhancing knowledge services. Additional roles encompassed Senior Manager of the Program Management Office and Global Operations Senior Manager, where accomplishments included receiving the Dell Champion Award and leading product development leading to US patents. Tom began their career as a Consulting Analyst at Accenture and holds an M.B.A. from Baylor University and a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Kentucky.
