Amy Qun Yi is an experienced talent acquisition leader with a focus on global hiring for TikTok's Product, Design, and CORE Algorithm teams since March 2020. Prior to TikTok, Amy served as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Partner at ByteDance, where the recruitment strategy targeted product managers, designers, and machine learning engineers. Earlier career experience includes a role as Asia CRM Service Delivery Manager and Program Manager at Accenture, overseeing digital marketing projects for Procter & Gamble in Japan and throughout Asia. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Japanese from East China Normal University.
