Lancy DSouza has experience working as an Ex Manager NOC at Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. from 2014 to present. Before that, they worked as an Ex Assistant Manager at TATA COMMUNICATION LTD (VSNL) starting in April 2005.

Lancy DSouza attended St. Xavier's High School from 1970 to 2000. During this time, Lancy did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Later, from 1988 to 1990, Lancy enrolled at St. Xavier Technical Institute in Mumbai. Here, Lancy completed a degree named "DERE" in the field of Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology/Technician.
