Mercedes Alvarez has a strong background in project management and construction, with experience in various roles. Mercedes started their career as a Jefe de Producción at Ferrovial Agroman in 2007, where they gained comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and oversaw the execution of 119 residential units. Mercedes'sresponsibilities included quality control, project planning, and coordination. In 2009, Mercedes joined Unifica servicios para la arquitectura S.L as a Jefe de obra, managing renovations and office implementations for clients such as Mediaset España Comunicación and Ericsson. Mercedes successfully completed projects ranging from 60m2 to 3000m2 in size. Recently, Mercedes worked as a Renovation Manager & Analista de inversiones inmobiliarias at Tiko, where they implemented investment strategies and managed renovation projects.

Mercedes Alvarez completed a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Administración y gestión de empresas, general from EAE Business School, with an expected completion date in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Grado en Arquitectura Técnica in Arquitectura técnica from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, which they completed between 2005 and 2009.
