Tal Sussan currently serves as a Fellow and Technion Community Leader at TOM Tikkun Olam Makers since January 2023. Previously, Tal held the position of Reserve Officer for the "Iron Swords" initiative in the Israel Defense Forces from October 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities included building and managing an organizational system for a unit aiding evicted citizens, effectively coordinating resources for over 80 individuals. From December 2015 to March 2019, Tal was an Observers Officer at Mount Hermon, overseeing operational activities and training observers as both platoon commander and deputy commander. Tal is pursuing a degree in Biomedical Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, with an expected graduation date in March 2025.
