Dana Yichye Shwachman is a seasoned professional in the field of industrial design and product development, currently serving as Product Design Lead at TOM Tikkun Olam Makers since February 2020. Dana has held academic positions as a faculty member in the Department of Industrial Design at the Holon Institute of Technology since October 2013. As the CEO and Founder of Inclu Design Studio, Dana focuses on inclusive industrial design since April 2019. Previously, Dana co-founded and served as CTO of FREEWill from December 2016 to March 2019, and worked as an industrial designer at Jonathan Bar-Or Industrial Design Ltd and Nuvo Group. Education includes a Master's degree in Human-Technology Interaction from Reichman University (2019-2021) and a Bachelor's degree from the Holon Institute of Technology (2005-2009).
