Gautam Chandna has held a variety of roles in the technology and business sectors. From 2005 to 2017, they were employed at Opera Software, where they held positions such as Director Business Development, Director, Technical Partner Management, Program Manager - Global Partners, Program Manager - India, Middle East and Africa, Platform Architect, Web Applications Project Manager, and Web Applications Developer. In 2006, they were Information Systems Incharge for the National Support Team of AIESEC Norway. From 2017 to 2020, they were a Board Member for Diffia, Cake it easy, Hold AS, and TikkTalk. In 2020, they became a Board Member for Salita Interpreting and Translation Services, Managing Director of manymore.com, and Managing Director of Plusstid Home. Gautam was also the CEO and Board Member of Skiwo from 2016.

Gautam Chandna completed their High School at St. Thomas' College from 2000 to 2002, majoring in Computer Science. Gautam then went on to pursue a B.Sc. in Computer Science at St. Stephen's College, Delhi from 2002 to 2005.
