Jaxon Castillo currently serves as a Support Engineer for both Cireson and Tikit by Cireson, where responsibilities include meeting Tier 1 support KPIs and delivering support for Cireson products while developing subject matter expertise and interfacing with global customers. Prior experience includes an internship at ONEOK focused on network infrastructure tasks involving vSphere, VMware, and server administration. Jaxon also worked as a Student Computer Technician at Oklahoma State University, managing IT incidents related to hardware and software in the College of Arts and Sciences, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Oklahoma State University.
