Iman Setiadi has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and organization development. They have held various managerial and leadership roles in prominent companies such as Tiket.com, Evermos, Traveloka, Indosat Ooredoo, PT. Bank QNB Indonesia Tbk, PT. Adira Quantum Multifinance, L'Oréal Indonesia, PT. Commonwealth Life, and PT Dutagriya Sarana. Their responsibilities have included talent management, organization development, recruitment, compensation and benefit management, and employee engagement. Their expertise and experience make them well-suited for roles in people strategy and HR leadership positions.

Iman Setiadi attended Universitas Persada Indonesia 'YAI' from 2004 to 2009. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
