Fadhil Dzulfikar is a seasoned UX Design Manager at tiket.com since April 2019, overseeing product design for corporate solutions and accommodations including villas and apartments. Previously, Fadhil has held roles ranging from Senior UX Researcher to Product Design Associate Manager, and has experience teaching UI/UX design and Human-Computer Interaction at various universities as a Praktisi Mengajar. Additional academic contributions include serving as an Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia, where classes covered advanced topics in digital business and research methodology at the master's level. Fadhil also worked as a researcher at the e-Government and e-Business Research Lab, with published research available online. Fadhil holds a Master's degree in Enterprise Information System from the University of Indonesia and an undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Sriwijaya.
