Zach Peters is an experienced software engineer and IT professional with a diverse background in system integration, API management, and project management. Currently at Tigunia since July 2021, Zach has spearheaded the development of a dashboarding product, creating user interface mockups, API endpoints, and implementing security processes in Rust. Prior to Tigunia, Zach held various key roles at Business Communications, Inc., including Director of IT and Integration, where notable achievements included building a custom integration with Techdata and implementing ITIL-based processes to enhance service capabilities. Zach's extensive experience also includes management roles at Think Anew, Applied Tech, and 3M, as well as ownership of a small IT consulting business. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an IT concentration from the University of Iowa and Hamilton Technical College.
