Karen Clince has extensive experience in the childcare industry. Karen has been the Managing Director and CEO of Tigers Childcare since 2002, overseeing high-quality childcare solutions for children aged 4 months to 12 years. Additionally, Karen has served as the Chairperson and a member of the Staffing and Finance committee at Fingal County Childcare Committee since 2013. Karen has also held the role of Board Secretary and Company Director at Diswellstown Community Centre since 2011.
