Mark Elchinoff is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in chief financial officer roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Tigera since May 2020, Mark previously held the CFO position at Nginx, Inc. from October 2013 to May 2020, where Mark facilitated the company's sale to F5 Networks in May 2019. Prior to this, Mark was CFO at nCircle Network Security, overseeing its acquisition by Tripwire in May 2013. Mark's career includes significant tenures as CFO at Mercadao Software, Match, Whittaker Xyplex, and Advanced Computer Communications, alongside early roles at Hellman & Friedman, Berkeley International Consulting Group, and PwC. Mark holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Golden Gate University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of San Francisco.
