Davide Sellitri

Customer Success Engineer at Tigera

Davide Sellitri has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Davide began their career as a Personal Financial Manager at First Matrix, where they improved their communication skills and gained knowledge in insurance services. Davide then worked at Sisal S.p.A., initially as an Assistant Betting Shop Manager and later as an Owner and Betting Shop Manager. In this role, they developed skills in client relationship management, sales, bookkeeping, team management, and cashier duties.

Moving forward, Davide joined Voxpro as an Email Specialist, providing technical support for Google's G Suite product. Davide gained experience in managing challenging situations and received constant training in IT technical knowledge. Davide then worked at Concentrix as a Network Technical Support for Netgear, where they provided professional network support to home and business products. Davide fine-tuned their skills in computer science, networking, and cybersecurity.

Davide's next role was at Sophos as a Technical Support Engineer. Davide demonstrated progressive performance improvement and resolved over 1900 cases with a customer satisfaction rating above 92%. Davide also mentored new hires and earned certifications in various products. In their most recent position at Tigera, they serve as a Customer Success Engineer.

Davide Sellitri has pursued various educational opportunities throughout their life. Davide obtained a Secondary School Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Istituto Tecnico Industriale Statale Jannuzzi, Andria in the field of Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from 2002 to 2007. Later, they engaged in self-study and completed the CCNA 200 - 301 New Edition program, offered by Cisco, in 2019-2020. Davide further expanded their knowledge by completing the Active Directory & Group Policy Lab course and obtaining a Certificate in Information Technology from Udemy in 2020. In the same year, they also pursued self-study in Python, Kali Linux, and ComTIA Security+. Additionally, Davide pursued a course in Project Management at the University of Washington through edX from 2018 to 2019. Davide also attended a full immersion course in effective communication and consultation at First Academy, See Lion Hotel, Montesilvano (PE) in 2010.

Furthermore, Davide Sellitri has obtained several additional certifications to enhance their skills. Davide obtained the Linux Command Line certification from Udemy in November 2020. In September 2020, they earned a certification in Active Directory & Group Policy Lab, also from Udemy. In July 2019, they completed the IT Project Management certification from the University of Washington, along with the Leadership and Management for PM Practitioners in IT certification. In March 2019, Davide became a Certified Low-Effort Rep through the Effortless Experience Capabilities Builder, offered by CEB, now Gartner. Davide additionally received certifications in Portfolio Management, Governance and the PMO, and Strategic Applications of IT Project & Program Management from the University of Washington in March 2019 and November 2018 respectively. Most recently, in July 2021, they achieved the CompTIA Security+ ce certification, followed by obtaining the CCNA certification from Cisco in October 2020.
