James Gu is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and supply chain management. Currently serving as Managing Partner at TVC since 2011, James oversees the general operations of a leading manufacturer of flow control equipment for the global oil and gas industries. Prior to this role, James held the position of Sr. Supply Chain Specialist at Mattel from 2008 to 2011, where multiple supply chain projects were spearheaded. Earlier experience includes a role as Development Scientist at Beckman Coulter from 2004 to 2006, focusing on optimizing reagent performance on clinical diagnostic systems. James holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Molecular & Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley.
