Eric B. has a diverse work experience. Eric started their career as a Journeyman Plumber at Butler Plumbing in 1996 and worked there until 2006. After that, they became the President of E&E of Hudson, LLC, a multi-unit franchisee of Snap Fitness, where they were responsible for various aspects of the business, including new franchise development, budget management, and daily operations. In 2010, they joined Nathaniel Properties LLC as a Real Estate Development Project Manager. Then, in 2017, they joined Atlas Development & Project Management as a Project Manager, where they worked on providing services to the light commercial business community. Currently, Eric B. is the Vice President of Tiger Sanitation, Inc. since January 2022, and they will become the President starting from February 2023.

Eric B. attended the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business in 2016, where they pursued a degree in Project Management. Eric completed the program and obtained a CPPM certification.
