Adley Reddy has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Adley started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Massmart-Walmart, where they gained valuable experience in marketing and brand management. Adley then moved on to work as a Marketing Assistant and later as an Ecommerce Coordinator at Game and DionWired, where they developed and launched new websites and e-commerce platforms.
After their time at Massmart-Walmart, Adley joined Unilever as an Assistant Brand Development Manager, Senior Assistant Brand Building Manager, and eventually as a Brand Building Manager. Adley was responsible for relaunching brands in different markets and implementing successful marketing campaigns. Notable achievements include deploying sustainability innovations and defending market share against competitors.
Most recently, Adley has been working at Tiger Brands as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, and currently as the Marketing Director - International. Adley has been instrumental in driving the expansion of Tiger Brands' portfolio into new territories, developing growth strategies, and executing renovation programs. Adley has consistently delivered top-line and bottom-line growth, and has successfully transitioned from Assistant Brand Manager to Brand Manager within a short time.
Outside of their professional career, Adley is also the founder of the Reddy to Cook platform, where they showcase South African Indian cuisine with a modern twist and aims to pass on culinary heritage to the next generation.

Adley Reddy completed a Foundational Management Development Programme in Project Management at GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) Honours in Marketing at the University of South Africa/Universiteit van Suid-Afrika. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Marketing Management and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal from 2005 to 2008.
