Ryan Cooney serves as a Senior Major Gifts Officer at Tiger Athletic Foundation since January 2020. Previously, Ryan held the role of Director of Development for the College of Engineering at LSU Foundation from June 2013 to January 2020, where involvement included the successful completion of the $100 million "Breaking New Ground" campaign. Ryan also served as Director of Corporate Relations and Economic Development for the College of Engineering at Louisiana State University, managing corporate engagement and supporting economic development through research and institutional partnerships. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Business Development at the Baton Rouge Area Chamber and holding various roles within LSU Foundation and the Partnership for Public Service. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University and a Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus on Leadership Development from the same institution.
