Sai Sandeep has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development and human resources. sai started their career as an intern HR at OCV Reinforcements in 2011. After that, they worked as a Learning and Development Associate at Professional Access Software Development Pvt Ltd, where they managed training for a large employee base. sai then joined Hexaware Technologies as an HR L&D professional, where they planned and coordinated training programs globally. At Accenture in India, Sai worked as a Learning and Development Analyst, handling training operations and coordinating various types of training programs. sai later joined Great Lakes Institute of Management as a student and then moved on to GP Strategies Corporation, where they served as a Team Lead, supporting learning and development activities for the Asia Pacific region. Currently, Sai is working at Tiger Analytics as a People Operations Academy Lead, where they are responsible for supporting learning and development administration and operations for Campus and Cohort associates.
Sai Sandeep's education history begins with their high school education at RMHS, where they completed their schooling from 2002 to 2004. sai then attended Narayana junior college from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued their intermediate education.
Moving forward, Sai Sandeep attended JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained their BTech degree in computer science. Following this, they pursued a PGPM+MBA(HR) program at Karnavati University from 2010 to 2012, focusing on Human Resources Management/Information Systems.
Most recently, Sai Sandeep completed a Post Graduate Program in Data Science Engineering at Great Lakes Institute of Management from 2019 to 2020.
