Soon Keat Ong is a Systems Engineer at Tietronix Software, Inc. since July 2020, focusing on modeling efforts for NASA Johnson Space Center and developing plugins for model-based systems engineering tools. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, where model-based systems engineering concepts were taught, and as an Undergraduate Researcher engaged in resilient space habitat design utilizing SysML, MATLAB, and Simulink. Soon Keat Ong also participated as an instructor in NASA's IMEET program, teaching CAD and robotics to over 50 participants and worked as a Model-Based Systems Engineering Intern at Tietronix Software, engaging in fault analysis for space systems. Soon Keat Ong earned a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and completed A-Levels in Natural Sciences at Taylor's College.
