Mikaela Dahlström has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Mikaela currently works as a Business Director at TietoAkseli Group since January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of CEO at Turun Tilikeskus Oy from January 2022 to December 2022, where they previously served as the Director of Development from November 2014 to January 2022. Mikaela also worked as an Accountant at Nurmi-Yhtiöt Oy from August 2012 to October 2014 and as the Chief Financial Officer at Konepaja Ceiko Oy from May 2011 to July 2012. Mikaela'searlier experience includes working as an Accounting Assistant at Everon Oy Ab from September 2008 to April 2011.

Mikaela Dahlström attended Yrkeshögskolan Novia from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on International Marketing. Mikaela then went on to Åbo Akademi University, where they completed their Erikoistumisopinnot kirjanpitoa- ja tilintarkistajatutkintoa varten (Special Studies for Accounting and Auditing) from 2010 to 2012. Mikaela further pursued their education at Åbo Akademi University, completing their Master of Science in Economics with a specialization in Business Administration and Management, General, from 2011 to 2013.
