Cecilia Villanueva EchenagusÃa has held various positions in the hospitality industry since 2014. Cecilia began their career as a Sales Executive at Jetmar Viajes, where they managed accounts and had strong knowledge of SABRE and AMADEUS. In 2016, they became a Partner Executive at Cannelloni Catering, a small catering and banqueting service for events and audiovisual productions. Cecilia then moved on to Noi Hotels in 2017 as a Front Desk Supervisor, where they were the only supervisor and led a team of 5 receptionists. In the same year, they became a certified Tour Guide in San Pedro de Atacama, Chile, for private and small groups. Most recently, they have been an Assistant Manager and Host at Tierra Hotels since 2018, where they focus on organizing the dining room and the guest experience through effective communication. Cecilia is also a substitute Maitre in case of absence.
