Niklas Ramstedt has diverse work experience spanning several industries. Niklas started their career in 2001 as a Systems Administrator and Security Guard at Sydbevakning Ab. After that, from 2005 to 2019, they worked as an IT-Support specialist at Folkhälsan. In 2012, Niklas pursued their passion for photography and worked as a Photographer at nikFoto until 2016. Following this, they joined Samfundet Folkhälsan i svenska finland rf as an IT Support Specialist from 2019 to 2021. Currently, Niklas is an Information Technology Specialist at Kuntien Tiera Oy, beginning in March 2021.

Niklas Ramstedt attended Sydvast Polytechnic from 1999 to 2008, where they studied computer science. During their time there, they did not obtain a specific degree. In addition to their formal education, Niklas has obtained two additional certifications. In October 2021, they received the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from PeopleCert. Furthermore, in April 2022, Niklas obtained the Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
