Steve has 20 years of experience deploying learning and talent management technology solutions to client organizations. This work has included experience in all aspects of software life cycle leadership including requirements analysis, business process consulting, application configuration, data conversion, end-user support, change management, marketing, and training. He earned a bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Tech, which has been the No. 1 industrial engineering undergraduate program in the nation for more than 25 consecutive years.
