Jonelle Lesniak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational management and people performance. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Consultant at TiER1 Performance since June 2023, Jonelle focuses on enhancing organizational effectiveness. As a Coach and Guide at naturhythm collective since March 2019, Jonelle supports individuals navigating life's complexities. Previously, Jonelle held the role of Managing Consultant and People Operations Lead at THRUUE, where strategic counsel was provided to leading executives. Contributing to the Interfusion Festival from July 2019 to March 2022, Jonelle improved team communication and policy development during the COVID-19 pandemic while facilitating workshops on healing and loss. As a Co-Founder of the Movement for Healing Project, Jonelle created supportive spaces for individuals to explore movement as a healing practice. Jonelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from The Wharton School.
