Elise Cappella is passionate about making connections. Whether it’s between ideas, processes, or people, Elise is always looking for ways to create aha moments.

Communicating is her tool of choice to help connect dots: first by listening, then by finding ways to simplify the complex, make timely introductions, spark dialogue, and provoke a new way of thinking. Elise never wants to stop learning, seeing the world, or finding new ways to efficiently and effectively solve problems, while helping others along the way.

Elise’s path to TiER1 is made up of mostly marketing and communications experience, including stops in broadcast journalism as a morning news producer, boutique PR & communication agencies, B2B marketing, and corporate communications leadership roles in financial services. She also made a stop in strategic planning and programs and led all marketing/communications for a two-year merger integration.
