Benjamin Wipperman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and leadership development. Currently serving as a Sr. Solutions Consultant at TiER1 Performance since April 2023, Benjamin previously spent 17 years at AT&T in various roles, culminating as a Sr. Lead CX Strategist focused on enterprise-wide leadership development. Other notable positions at AT&T included Lead Training Manager - Design, Lead Training Performance Consultant, and Sr. Training Manager, where Benjamin made significant contributions to training strategies and the empowerment of leaders within the organization. Early in the career, Benjamin held positions in sales and technical roles at C I Host, DataWave, and The Angel Anthony Group. Benjamin earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University between 2018 and 2020.
