Iris Horenberg is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR-adviseur at Tielbeke Logistiek since July 2019, previously holding the role of HR-medewerker. Prior to this, Iris engaged in travel across Australia and New Zealand from February to May 2019. Earlier, Iris worked as a Campus Recruiter at Tauw Nederland from February 2018 to January 2019, where responsibilities included evaluating applications, coordinating recruitment events, advising management on hiring needs, and optimizing recruitment processes. Iris's career in HR began as a graduate student focusing on pre- and onboarding. Before entering the HR field, Iris gained experience in various roles including a sales position and store manager at Jumbo Supermarkten, as well as an HR intern at Aebi Schmidt Nederland and a P&O Back Office employee at du Gardijn Groep B.V. Iris Horenberg holds a Propedeuse in Human Resource Management from Saxion University and an MBO diploma in Business Administration.
