Srini Rao is the CEO of Datycs, a position held since 2014, and a Charter Member of TiE Boston, contributing to a global network fostering entrepreneurship. Rao served as an Advisory Board Member for Care4ward from August 2018 to December 2019, focusing on digital health solutions for cancer patients. Prior experience includes roles at Motorola Solutions, where Rao was a Fellow of Technical Staff specializing in multimedia architecture for LTE networks, and at Motorola as Director of Strategy overseeing technology strategy for various telecommunications products. Earlier career highlights include managing wireless softswitch technology at Winphoria Networks and conducting research at IBM T.J. Watson Research Center in automated speech recognition and machine learning. Srini Rao holds a B. Tech in Electronics and Communications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rice University.
