April Shockley has extensive experience in office management and operations, currently serving as the Office Manager at Tidewater Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Associates P.A. since October 2015. In this role, April Shockley developed and maintained electronic record management systems and addressed patient and team member issues. Previous experience includes managing operations at La Vita Bella Day Spa & Salon from January 2014 to October 2015, overseeing employee performance and customer satisfaction. April Shockley also held positions as Government Travel Coordinator at Winggate Travel Inc., Regional Manager at n-Link, and Digital Training Facility Manager at General Dynamics Information Technology. April Shockley holds two Associate's degrees in Occupational Studies from Career Technical College-Shreveport, completing studies between 2006 and 2008.
