Janicia Patterson has extensive experience in customer service and collections, currently serving as a Soldier in the US Army since May 2021. Prior to this role, Janicia was a Collections Agent at Tidewater Finance Company from September 2016 to the present and worked as a Customer Service Representative at AvalonBay Communities from September 2014 to December 2015. Early career experience includes serving as a Lifeguard at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads from June 2005 to October 2009. Janicia holds an Associate's degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant from Centura College-Virginia Beach, completed between 2013 and 2014.
