Isabella is an Associate at Tidewater Capital. Her primary responsibilities include investment analysis, portfolio analysis, market research, pipeline development, and acting as project manager for several of the company's operating assets and development projects.

Before joining Tidewater, Ms. Wei worked for Bentall Kennedy, now BentallGreenOak, in San Francisco, where she was responsible for product development and corporate strategy. Her prior experience includes an acquisitions role at Clarion Partners in Los Angeles, where she worked on a variety of residential, office, retail, and industrial acquisitions and developments in the Western U.S. Having grown up in Taipei, Taiwan, Ms. Wei received her B.S. in Mathematics from MIT with a minor in architecture and her MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
