Ricardo Antonio Reyes has extensive work experience in various technical roles. Ricardo Antonio is currently employed as a Senior Solutions Architect at Tidelift, where they provide strategic open-source management solutions, develops Software Bills of Material (SBOMs), and implements technical solutions for application security.

Previously, Reyes worked as the Open Source Director for Code.gov, where they served as a liaison for U.S. federal agencies in enforcing the Federal Source Code Policy. Ricardo Antonio conducted engagements with agencies and ensured compliance with policy mandates.

Reyes also worked as a Principal Solutions Architect and Lead Engineer for the DHS NICCS Program at both BlueWater Federal Solutions and Adayana. In these roles, they led teams in implementing the NICCS portal, an online resource for cybersecurity standards and training. Ricardo Antonio managed technical teams and handled compliance with project schedules and milestones.

Prior to that, Reyes worked at Adayana as a Principal Solutions Architect and Lead Engineer for various Fortune 500 companies and federal government agencies. Ricardo Antonio provided IT solutions, managed engineering teams, and collaborated with clients and stakeholders.

Earlier in their career, Reyes worked as a Personal Account Representative at UNICOM Government Inc. and as an Account Manager at Access Worldwide Communications Inc., where they managed accounts and provided sales and strategy services.

Ricardo Antonio Reyes pursued their education between the years 1999 and 2002, attending Virginia Tech. Ricardo Antonio successfully obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Engineering during their time there. Additionally, in April 2017, Ricardo acquired the Akamai Cloud Security Certified (Administrator) certification from Akamai Technologies.
