Sudeepto Mall has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Sudeepto started their career at Wipro Limited in 2016, where they worked as an Information Technology Analyst. In this role, Sudeepto resolved local network issues, troubleshooted applications and hardware, and generated L1 tickets.

In 2018, Sudeepto joined Teleperformance India as an Information Technology Specialist. Here, they provided L1 assistance to IT users, created and managed user accounts using Active Directory, and performed password resets.

In 2019, Sudeepto moved on to Incedo Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer. Sudeepto'sresponsibilities included resolving L2 IT issues, patching software, installing new versions, creating user accounts in Active Directory, and implementing DUO 2-factor authentication.

Sudeepto gained experience as an Information Technology System Specialist II at Better in 2021. Here, they provided admin-level support for IT-related issues, administered and troubleshooted various systems and networks, and tested new updates and applications.

Currently, Sudeepto is working at Tide as a Senior Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer. Sudeepto previously held the position of Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer before being promoted.

Sudeepto Mall completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology from St. Thomas' College of Engineering & Technology 122. Sudeepto attended this college from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the ITIL V4 Certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in July 2021. Recently, in February 2023, they passed the Jamf Certified Associate Exam - English conducted by Jamf.
