Ashley Thomas, RACR, is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist at TidalHealth since November 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley served as a Human Resources Generalist at Cato Gas & Oil, Inc. from 2015 to November 2021, overseeing various HR functions, payroll processing, and employee recognition programs. From 2009 to 2015, Ashley worked as an HR Specialist-Benefits at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital, managing payroll-related tasks and new hire orientation. Earlier experience includes administrative roles at McCrone, Inc. and sales at Verizon Wireless, where customer service and daily operational tasks were key responsibilities. Ashley completed education at Parkside High School from 1993 to 1997.
