Fede Rivas has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Fede currently serves as the CEO of Ticksy, a specialist TPV software for Delivery and Dark Kitchen, a position they have held since September 2019. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Pixerama for over 14 years, from June 2005 to August 2019.

Fede also has experience in project management, having worked as a Project Manager for Why Not Challenge from February 2011 to 2012. Fede was also responsible for image and IT at Alvaro Molina Racing Team for 12 years, from 1997 to 2009, where they achieved remarkable success, winning the Spanish Championship in 1997 and the European Championship in 2002.

Additionally, Fede has held roles as a CEO at Bam Designs from 2000 to 2005 and as a CTO at Simple Comunicación Digital from 2002 to 2003. Fede started their career as an aerographist at Special Paints in 1994 before moving on to the role of image manager at Sherry Racing Team from 1995 to 1997. Overall, Fede Rivas has a rich background in leadership and project management, with experience in the software, racing, and design industries.

Fede Rivas started their education at Ten English Center from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Trinity College Certificate in English. Next, they attended La Salle Jerez from 1980 to 1995, completing their Bachillerato degree. In 1996, Fede pursued higher education at Instituto Artes Visuales, obtaining a Master's degree in Artes visuales y Comunicación in 1998. Lastly, in 2018-2019, Fede attended ThePower Business School to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
