Tom Stigter's work experience includes various roles in different companies.

Tom is currently a Partnerships Manager for TicketSwap, where they are responsible for acquiring new partners and managing relationships in the Dutch market.

In 2017, Tom co-founded Depth Over Distance, a music label specializing in electronic music for dance floors. As a founder, they handled communication, provided information and marketing materials, and managed the distribution process of records.

Prior to that, Tom worked at Subway as a Development Performance Specialist for the EMEA team. Tom managed projects and rolled out new mapping software and a site evaluation process for new restaurants. Tom also served as a Leasing Specialist for the NedNordics region, supporting business development teams and providing training on leasing and development processes.

Tom Stigter obtained their Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) in Hogere Juridische Opleiding from Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences. Tom attended the university from 2011 to 2017.
