Oscar Kriek has a diverse work experience in the fields of business strategy, partnerships, marketing, and event management. Their most recent role is as the Head of Business Strategy at TicketSwap since April 2021. Before that, they worked as a Tech Program Lead at Amsterdam Dance Event from 2016 onwards. Oscar also held positions at See Tickets Benelux, where they worked as a Senior Business Strategist and a Manager for Partnerships & Business Development from 2020 to 2021 and from 2019 to 2020, respectively. Prior to that, they served as Manager for Partnerships & Business Development and Manager for Marketing & Business Development at Paylogic International from 2018 to 2019 and from 2016 to 2018, respectively.

Oscar Kriek began their education in 2008 at Erasmus Universiteit, where they pursued Business Administration for one year. Oscar then transferred to International Event Music & Entertainment Studies at Fontys Hogescholen in 2009 and completed the program in 2013. During this time, they specialized in Commerciële Economie. In addition to their formal education, Oscar also obtained certifications in Sociale Hygiëne from HSN: Horeca Stichting Nederland and completed a course called De Digitale Werkplaats offered by Google.
